Overview

ULS (Unified Logistics Services) is a logistics startup aiming to modernize and simplify cargo transport solutions across the Middle East. They approached me to craft a strong visual identity and design a high-conversion landing page that would effectively communicate trust, efficiency, and innovation.
This project involved complete branding and website UI design tailored for their B2B clientele.


Problem

ULS was entering a competitive logistics market dominated by legacy players with outdated branding.
Their existing digital presence lacked clarity, visual consistency, and did not instill confidence among potential enterprise clients.
They needed a minimal, premium design language that could communicate reliability while standing out in a saturated space.


Project Process

1. Discovery & Brand Strategy

  • Conducted market research on logistics competitors in the MENA region.

  • Identified brand keywords: Efficient, Bold, Global, Precise.

  • Created a clean wordmark-based logo and a versatile color system that emphasized clarity and movement.



2. Visual Identity System

  • Designed a modular, scalable brand system — from typography to iconography.

  • Focused on a bold yet minimal aesthetic to match the direct nature of logistics operations.

  • Built visual elements inspired by movement and connectivity.
